We worked with the Dhillon Group on their online marketing, promoting 4 websites over a period of one year between 2011-2012 increasing both traffic and visitor conversion month on month.
Dhillon Group came to us with a challenging project to take on their online marketing and manage their online spend. All with the aim of getting the largest ROI for their money in both organic SEO and PPC.
Our first challenge was to take into account the lack of information the marketing team at Dhillon were currently working with to track budget and spend on their hotels. Secondly we had to take into account the sites were all being completely rebuilt in time for late summer 2011.
Our usual approach to this size of account is to roll our sleeves up and just get on with it but there was also the opportunity to create a great working relationship with the marketing and sales team at Dhillon. We appreciated that they didn’t need to know the minutae of how search works and the technicalities behind it but they needed to see results and pay-off, explained in good old english.
That’s exactly what we provided and the results speak for themself with one hotel alone doubling bookings in one month alone solely through PPC.

Not only are we using tools such as Google Analytics to track our performance we’ve also implemented telephone call tracking so we can now track every piece of marketing collataral and its performance/ROI.
